If I understand your question the process is as follows. The material was drilled by Behre Dolbear and kept secure by them. Material was origionally delivered to Ledoux for testing. When the testing program was expanded to include several labs CRMI was contracted to be the lab to do all the processing of material for the other labs. To this end Behre Dolbear delivered all the material to CRMI where it is now being maintained under chain of custody. When a section of material is processed for further testing a split is seperated by CRMI and send to Dr Johnson to check that the process was correctly performed. Once he signs off the remaining material that was maintained by CRMI is then sent to the other labs for testing.
I am not aware of whether Naxos has yet contracted a full mine feasibility study.
