Night Writer

I sent a detailed e-mail with a pointed list of
questions on CVUS finances, insider selling, financing,
assumption of CTT liability to Logimetrics, negociations
with other LMDS bidders such as WNP, to CVUS. I
will post the answer if I get one.

I am getting ready to buy more shares once a bottom
is in sight. The current price is rather irrational,
but the silence from CVUS management speaks for itself.
From my perspective, all insiders who sold their
shares in the $6-$7 range should be tossed out of
the board of directors. If they do not believe enough
in the prospects of LMDS to think CVUS is worth at
least $6 a share, they have no business running this
company. It is time to turn the company's management
to true professionals.

I hope that when the CVUS story is complete your
CVUS holdings will be enough to buy a 4-year
Ivy league tuition. I hear MIT is charging $23K/year
just in tuition and fees.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy

I am that poor college student trying to get through school. Just got back from spring break to find my investment(on the margin!) drop more than 50%. If it wouldn't have taken Ameritrade three and a half weeks to set up an account I would have netted at least 45% . My boss, after I gave him the tip made 48.5% in a matter of weeks. Oh well, it takes money to make money and I just don't have it... yet.
I just hope CVUS lasts long enough to put the market value of their license on their next quarterly. Maybe those number crunchers will horde the stock again, at least enough so I can get my money back (in at 7 1/8)
