Bill, This is a good discussion. We all know this is a peny stock, we are prospecting on future. I am looking at DGIV's marketing direction, the funding capability, potential future partners(DGIV already has), stock chart and trends, company stock repurchasing plan, stock floating quantity, market windows, earning power, etc. After I reviewed all of these factors, so far I still can not find any Internet Gateway company with these good conditions are under a price of $1 (LKON is $.9 today), so I decided to buy several weeks ago. If you wait until everything is clear and settle down, DGIV will not be at 0.59, it may be $5.9 or even $59. Nobody can predict future, we just bet on probability. I think DGIV has much higher chance to success. good luck
