Ramsey, Yeah, I think he went there to pick up some lessons on corruption. The Japanese are knowledgeable of the art, as the daily revelations about members of the Ministry of Finance and the BOJ so aptly indicate. But everyone who dabbles in corruption takes a back seat to the Suarto family, who have managed to take the majority of a population of over 100 million and turn them into their own personal wage slaves. I had to laugh (in a cynical and disgusted way) as I saw the two of them together, no doubt swapping visions of an imaginary world which they alone perceive as reality. jess.
