David, When was Koo able to sell his shares and how does that timing compare with this earnings release? I agree with your post. They are a long way from a decent ROE/ROA unless they've turned into a REIT in which case they have done very well. As they are selling only, this can't continue. It still looks like they are more concerned about the market price than producing revenues and profits. Perhaps their margin interest is influencing company decisions? Ron
