I can find a few instances in which Mr. Pink might tell the truth:

1) He tells the truth when he admits that the posts made by him about ACRT are lies
2) He tells the truth when he doesn't speak
3) In vino veritas ( he might tell the truth when he's intoxicated)

Zarour: Mr. Pink has answered you repeatedly. This is the last time. The TAD patent is not enforceable according to and opinion by legal counsel retained by Mr. Pink's law firm.

There is not an explicit law that has been written that states "TAD's are not enforceable under U.S. patent law" any more than there is law that states "America is a free country in which dim peasants like Michael Zarour may repeat themselves and make asses of themselves no matter how distracting and boring it is to all around them"

Mr. Pink hopes your question has been answered.
