would it have to be ? I dont know how a third party has to be documented in this type of transaction .i dont see why they would have to bring in the how as long if its legal

Here's my take on what I've read so far.

X number of zulu shares issued + X number of ESVS shares isued

multiplied by the value of a share post merger = $50,000,000.00 placement.

I've confused myself though. What do you think aleta? does it add up?
