"In a nutshell - be careful. Small companies may invent new medical gadgets, but not many. And if you were selecting devices for the Rochester Clinic, would you purchase a new device from CCSID ( don't forget the D ), or would you first call HWP, BAX, etc and ask what established device maker already makes such a device? Remember - your family's security is on the line, along with the clinic you work for."

I agree that any medical practice, large or small, gravitates to well established larger vendors/suppliers because they are known quantities, resolve billing and product problems quickly, and because there is little doubt the major players will be in business long into the future. This is why CCSI will license their technology and leave it to major vendor/supplier to handle marketing and distribution.
