On the Myriad deal we can't say that Ira was trying to mislead anyone
simply because the deal took a different form than originally
thought.. most of the complaints about the company seem to stem from
the company keeping us informed of what it is planning to do and then
when it gets a better deal than originally planned people yell and
scream because the company didn't follow the press release. Where is
the sense in that? Would you prefer the company never said anything
to shareholders until the details were absolutely set in stone? I for
one prefer knowing what they are planning and doing.

Until they had negotiated with the IRS how could they possibly tell
us for sure what the terms would be? In my mind, the fact that they
did not have to issue stock and that the IRS has given them its full
blessing means we got a better deal than originally hoped for.
