"If true, then TAVA may well have signed a significant number of contracts that may not be public yet. Possible? If so, is there any regulation governing the timely dissemination of contracts and the like??"

From what I have observed, it would appear that every time TAVA issues a press release, a member of the board of directors has to cut off a finger. :-)

Mark--The picture you mention is pretty much the case, of management scrambling frantically to get to the clients that are requesting proposals. Thats why it's so risky to try to time this stock. Another major contract announcement could come at any time. IMO--it's not a matter of "if we get more contracts, but when they will be announced." Some companies don't want it to be public knowledge that they are at risk for potential y2k failures and are demanding that their names be withheld. Management is attempting to pick off the "cream of the crop", because they can't get to everyone in time. As to your question concerning any regulation about disclosure of contracts--I don't know the answer to that. Jan
