There is no evidence that Java-based apps are or will be more attractive than those written in C,C++ or VB. Look at the failure of Corel's Java product. Given that HUM's major platform is WIndows, this is even more true. It is a common (and IMO mistaken) assumption that because Java is a "better" language, everybody will want to write in it. Certain technology-leaders care about Java, but most of the business world wants stable, proven apps (especially in networking and connectivity s/w)
