TO ALL! i sure hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if this financing is of the "discounted convertible" variety we can all expect some future "short and convert" manipulation here. i call your attention to NTN and TCLN. it can get very ugly. i purchased stock based on what i perceived as limited downside. this changes the picture dramatically. often times companies doing this never recover. i'm imploring anyone who has an open dialogue capability with steven sprague to discuss this with him and, if he is unaware of what can happen in these deals, to have him contact TCLN.(see news release on yahoo). i can't imagine why they need to resort to this. they should be able to find a white knight investor, unless we have holes in our scenario. just my 2 cents. still long.
