Thean, correct me if I'm wrong, but when all the tank farms are full, the tankers are full, and the pipe lines can't hold another Qt., there will be no place to put the oil being pumped from the ground, so that will cause the pumps to be shut down or oil pumped on the ground, either way some one is going to flinch in a big way. Until then each country needs the income and will undercut the other to get the business. Kind of like CPQ trying to go direct and cut out the retailer and go the way of Dell and Gateway, more margin and lower sales price, but in the meantime the pipeline is full. As Big Dog said and I remember from the 80's the small wells or striper wells will go first, then it graduates up form there.
