Well, it looks as though they're flying a lot of balloons on one string. This deal seems to work for everyone. You have to think about what Zulu brings to the ESVS table. NB Digital, it would seem, is the only exciting business venture ESVS has going. Combining NB Digital's stuff with what Zulu offers--and, bingo, the whole technology picture changes. The two entities, solidified, can easily trade within Nasdaq boundaries. It's a perfect fit. As good a leapfrog into Nasdaq as any frog could ever hope to get. I'm still hangover driven here, but am I reading this right?
