don't see how we could lose the contract... but I'm not selling or buying or anything until I get an official word from the company.. jim

I am having that same type of thinking too (wishful). I mean what better way to get some cheap shares before an announcement that they WON the judgement, then to tell everyone they didn't. A lot of people will probably enter market orders to sell tonight, based on that board an SI. That would definitely drop the price of the shares. Whether they really lost or not, I will not be putting in a market sell order. For one, the worst time to sell is in a panic sell, two, market orders are suicide, and three, I won't be around tomorrow morning, so I basically have to let the chips fall where they may. BTW, I am not questioning what Elio has reported. I am questioning the validity of the Yahoo posts. Rob.
