Thanks for clarifying re Agiss, Jeff. No, I had no information to the
contrary.

The only information I have (from a pretty reliable source) is that
in spite of the weakness in the share price, the CEO has sold none of
his shares and remains optimistic for the spring when additional
funding is made available to remediate the government's systems.
