Don't think that's about to happen. SNRS has no
intention of merging; it's mgmt. much more savvy than
BEAM or VISX, president ex. Sr.V.P. Allergan 180 MIL
optometrics devices. Total combined Sr. level experience
over 100+ years. Red Chip says mgmt. MUCH BETTER than
VISX/BEAM. BEAM was stupid enough to open it's own
retail outlets, incurring wrath of Dr's. BEAMS excimer
inferior to VISX. SNRS market model with hyperopics
superior to VISX/BEAM. Cost of LTK 200K with $100 per
eye vs. $500K and 50K mainteniance for excimer. SNRS
is NOT in competition, but at it's current price level
has MUCH more upside potential. SNRS is just beginning
it's upward price cycle. BEAM won't get any more royalties
from VISX and with inferior excimer, isn't going anywhere,
IMHO.
