If you try netvest.com, you get something financial like. But I don't think they are one and the same. Will this mean Netvest will have to change its name as well?

What happened to the $50M? This says $5M. It also doesn't say who gets the money, just that it's for "the business plan developed by ENHANCED and ZULK-tek".

And, how do they intend to raise the money? Betcha it's a Sub-S offering...
