Robert: Pentium 333's are already for sale.

A little reading comprehension problem? Don't worry, Bill, I'll type slowly. The link you were referred to show the comparison of the Pentium II/333 against the G3/266. The G3/300 was announced today, (it is currently shipping) and it widens the gap.

"...Pentium 333's are already for sale."

So are 300MHz G3s. When the new 600MHz Pentiums are introduced, the WINTEL world will have something just as fast. Of course, by then, there'll be much faster PPCs too.

"Apple sales are adequate to fully consume inventory. As Apple has done in the past it has under-ordered."

Really? Where did you get this from? What's your source?

"This is good in a way as there is zeero surplus and stuff sells at list, however an expansion phase is lost...."

Are you sure Apple isn't starting to regain share this quarter? You got some solid numbers to back any of this up? BTW, Steve Jobs says Apple's total market share is still around 5%, not the widely published 3%. See: macnn.com.

SOB: same old Bill. No facts? No problem. Just make something up.
