Dear Bob,

Whether you believe me or not, I don't know. I owned this stock. I sold this stock. I lost a wad of gambling money on this stock. I'd like to make that money back on this stock. There is only one thing keeping me from buying this stock again. That is the lack of responsible information from the company. If you call, you should be able to get STRAIGHT answers to these questions. They SHOULD NOT be answered with, "we will be a reporting company soon, and then everyone will know all about this company". This answer can be given forever -- I believe the date has already been moved from March/April to June.

Get these answers in WRITING, Bob. Then post your findings, and if I like the answers, I will buy again -- fair enough? Don't tell me to do my own work, please. If you are as concerned of a shareholder as you say, then you should want these answers even MORE than I do. Let's cooperate for the good.

Questions:

1. How many shares are authorized, issued, in the public float, and who are the top 5 shareholders and how many shares do they own, and what are the restrictions (time and otherwise) on them?

2. How have the drillings been funded to date and the cost of each so far?

3. How much cash does NAMX have in the bank right now?

4. What are the total assets & liabilities of NAMX right now?

5. What are the salaries of the CEO, CFO, VP, etc. , and what are they being paid with -- cash, shares, etc.?

6. What is the PR firm that mans the 1-800 number being paid with and how much?

Bob, if this company is legit, they should have no problem answering those questions for a truly concerned shareholder or a potential shareholder that can purchase large amounts of their stock to put in secure hands that won't sell.

I remain (sincerely),

SOROS
