Richard, Arif Adams' family owned the predecessor to Firamada, and it was a private business for nearly 20 years if I'm not mistaken. He bought out the interest of his relatives and incorporated the company a couple of years ago. If I'm not mistaken, Ira Monas has a background in the financing business, with his own private business in the same field, I might be mistaken though. Personally, I do not think that the management is being too agressive. He is not the CEO, but the president, and he has been brought in with the specific intentions to grow the company through successful acquisitions of profitable companies. IMO, he has done just that. If anyone was going to give me a business that is growing, and made almost $2MM last year, and told me I only had to pay $1MM upfront, and spread the rest over 7 years, then I would take it without thinking, simply because the net income received increases over time. It says in your profile that you have a JD. Wouldn't any lawyer think that going into a public arena and accusing the president of a company of fraud, lying, deception, etc. have to worry about a libel suit? How about posting a false news release, saying that the trading would be halted, etc. This isn't meant for you Richard, but it is apropos to your question, and I know LE is reading this. So how about LE? Immuno v. Jankowski will not apply in Firamada's state of incorporation: Texas. You are not Oprah Winfrey and the management of FAMH are definitely human's and not cows. Jin. <OFF TOPIC> Richard, when I went to your profile, I noticed a post on the IOM thread. Just wondering, and you might already know, but I just read an article by Dvorak in PC Magazine. A snippet on how SYQT's original founder has set up a virtual production company for a new removable he's designing/hyping, not sure if it will ever happen, but it's price target is at $100 I think, and the capacity is over 1Gig.
