Thanks. I see, the $5M is "immediate" funding.

The funding, though is all for ESVS. Is there anything that suggests anything involving NETZ more than the stock swap that has already occured, though?

Certainly, NETZ can benefit from the "joint venture", but I don't see this getting any direct funding for them.
