Actually Lee can probably cost justify the ROI for the SI fee. If he calculates how much time he would have to spend on the phone with each of us per phone call, (say fifteen to thirty minutes) -- answering the same questions mind you -- adds up the total time, multiplies by four, (assume we'll all call once a quarter), and then multiplies that by his salary rate plus the overhead charge . . . well I'm sure the SI fee is less than what would be calculated. Plus he has the enjoyment of the witty repartee of this cast of characters who enter and exit on a regular basis. Sorry for being longwinded.
