Can anyone answer 2 questions? If a FDA announcement is not made for Viagra approval (for whatever reasons) on 3-29ish then what later date would one expect to hear something? I do not understand the FDA protocol for approval ie are they obligated to make and announce a decision one way or another within the 6 month time frame or can things be tied up in red tape for an unknown time period? My other question is--Does the estimate for vvus Q1 assume no credit for any of the product produced in the new plant which can be shipped out in Q1 if MCA approval occurs before 3-31-98 ???? Help anyone.......
