LE, the next time you check in your cereal box, I hope it's a summons.
From the terms of use:
"You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another"

You just recently accused the company and its officers of intential deception and fraud did you not?

You said trading would be halted on FAMH without base or foundation or the implication of personal opinion did you not?

Just yesterday you accused Ira Monas of lying on this public thread did you not?

You don't own any shares, so why do you care?
Again, you do not own any shares so why do you care?
You either are acting out of some compulsive need for ego self defense, or have a personal problem with the company or its officers, or someone is paying you. What other options are there?

You consistently, and without interuption question the integrity of the company and its officers, yet you do not have or proposedly do not plan to have a vested interest in the company.

This company just went public in May did it not?
The merger will take place in a period of 3 months from announcement to completion.
Are you worried that Myriad might make FAMH a hefty profit, or add to it's bottom line? If someone wanted to give me a profitable company with those terms I'd take it.

A logical explanation for the price movements can be found on many other stocks on this exchange. Do you think that walking down the price on a sell of 500 shares amidst heavy buying is logical? Is it logical for the OTC to not follow the same public price rules as it's older siblings? Maybe your boss can pay for your series 7 license.

Ira stated to me that he has bought shares of FAMH on his own on the open market. That is a sign of confidence to me. Why? Because I own shares of this company, and you don't, so no I really don't know where you're coming from anymore.

Lest those new, or fairly new to the thread start to think that I have become a zealot, consider this: LE has made false accusations in the past, LE said trading on FAMH would be halted in the past, LE conveniently forgets to post information from the same source used to attack FAMH that would defend it against his claim ( NASDAQ series 4300 rules as well as grandfather rules that allow a merged entity time to meet all initial listing requirements ).

Am I being harsh? How many of you have heard this before, since January, the over 200 posts?

Jin.

Little Engine, I'm new to the company and would appreciate more information about the 20 million shares that were issued. Please direct me to the relevant press release, etc. Thanks.

Also, do you know anything about Ira Monas' background -- his age, education, where he worked before, whether he ever ran a publicly-traded company, etc.
