pz, the analysts opinions varied quite a bit on this sales. No one knows for sure how the bids will be until the day after since the big oil companies place their bids on the last day. The smaller players will be there but I think they are there more for the show than actual action. Since the bid submission opened last Friday, someone has a early count of the number of submitted bid. But again, the last day is going to make all the difference. Who knows how will things turn out?
