In any event I continue to be at this time about 34% in stocks (LSI, CPQ, SUNW, MSFT, and a few others all of which are high techs), and 66% cash. It is a very strange feeling not to be invested 100% in stocks

Strange feeling, isn't it? I remember somebody making the interesting statement that if you are more than 50% in cash, you need not be afraid of stock-market declines anymore! Because if the market goes down, your stock-holdings do go down in value, but the (stock) purchasing power of your cash goes up much faster than your stocks are going down!
