I couldn't figure out why they bought another company when they were struggling to regain profitability, always a poor decision unless its your only competitor. I am very intrested in true asset value, and since the merger have not been able to assertain what it is. Prior to the merger it was around $4 per share. My guess is its still in the $3 per share range, if someone would confirm this it would be appreciated.
