I think we should take this decision rumor with a grain of salt.
I'm not any expert, but I have never know a judge to give a verdict the day of the trial.
Waiting for word from the company.
Please be careful people, could be a false profit trying to get your shares.

Yahoo! is a free service. Here, people have to pay a fee. That's why, I think is more activity over there.

I have 200.000 shares of PKGP too many to sell at the opening.
But right now I think will be very stupid to sell before we get a Company Press Release.
After all, anything can happen.

I'm not happy at all, but still I have some hopes.

Let's wait and see...!
