Did Anybody else get told directly from IOM that they were not going to give comfort to analyst or investors, by giving any comment on sales or earnings prior to the release of the quarterly reports? Iom said it was not their policy. In response to an earlier comment about me blaming someone else for my bad investment decisions. I only feel this way because I was mislead. If I had known that there was even the chance that they would comment on the upcoming quarterly report good or bad I would have taken different action with my IOM shares. The pending court ruling and Iom's position on press releases are why I called them several times last week. I am curious if anyone else got a so called misunderstanding like me?
