Chicoman- good to hear from you- I agree not much happening
but every time I talk to I.R. they sound happy.

I think they know they are sitting on a winner, but it is going to take some patience.

According to them, the junior capitol pool agreement with the Alberta Stock Exchange restricts shares coming available over the course of 3 years. This is fairly common knowledge.

Also, the managent shares are restricted because they are dependant upon performance.

So far the guidelines are vague but I will try to find out exactly
what and when they are.

Maybe Agora knows, but if he doesn't I will find out.

Good afternoon, Chicoman. The stock acquired by insiders was done so at various time intervals. In addition, it is our understanding that different positions within a public company are subject to different hold positions. As such, it is unlikely the company will get into specifics but suffice to say the hold periods are prescribed by the exchanges.
