You all will remember the times I have asked Mr. Skaar as a fellow stockholder and attorney to start some sort
of action,or suggest some action we could take in view of the escapades that came already to light.I have sent him bundles of information he could have followed up.
Now Mr. Skaar wakes up and asks who wants to sue.
If I needed an attorney to sue, it surely would not be attorney Skaar.

Skaar,

Would there be any real advantage to litigating, other than to heap more s--- on the BOYZ. I certainly would be willing to pursue, but do you have the time?

BTW- I think that it easy for some to forget that many still have day jobs. I, for one, have appreciated the contributions you made on this silly thing. I know that most feel as I do.

Let us know about the possibilities of a lawsuit.
