OFF TOPIC>All schools, University,Colleges,Technical schools are CLOSED today. 50 cm of snow have fallen in the last two days and 15 cm more expected today. Roads are impassable with more than two dozen buses reported stuck on city streets. Accidents everywhere although most people stayed home from work today. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on SIR/ERB. I've got to get out of this country! B.
