F.Lynn, ARe you knowledgable of the bankruptcy laws in Israel? They are no the same as in the U.S. The man is settling his debts. He doesn't have to. He is not liable here for debts incurred in Israel 15 years ago. He is responding of his own free will.

Concerning the TAD patent, you are wrong. The patent was not only filed... It was accepted by the patent office. Big difference. Ever file a patent? Obviously not. Anybody can file. It hen gets researched by the Patent Office for uniqueness, noninfringment of existing patents, and, of course, patentability. The patent is enforceable by law. Check it out, or just line up with pinks brainless minions.
While you're checking out the patent, check out the supposed cancelled insurance, check out the bankruptcy, check out the supposed tax lein, check out the supposed runaway CEO, check out the ....
You know, all these lies and slanders of the management get very old. If you are anything but another short trying to manipulate the price of ACRT, investigate before you write.
