Vapor dollars John they paid dc Katz with an iou payable yr 2000 or so and ratso pointed out the 13d form shows they intend to issue stock and dilute the shares to secure financing... read the 13d and see where they casually listed "issuing equity shares or something like that... its all over yahoo". there is not much good news there with this takeover group... I would write the company to put the question in the shareholder agenda " who is responsible for publishing results and when" send it register mail to their corporate office before April 8. regards luis
