Kurt: I think it would probably be impractical and expensive for the company (logistically speaking) to have the meeting so far from the home office. Although, I always thought it was foolish to keep the home office in Vancouver since the property and majority of shareholders are in the US (and especially now that Naxos no longer trades in Canada) . Kurt: An additional thought on the location of the AGM. It is possible Canadian law may require the meeting to be held where the company is domiciled. Just a thought, I'm not sure about this. Has anyone called IR? Personally, I believe there are worse places to hold the meeting. No offense to anyone but I wouldn't opt for Omaha. I don't think Silvers is allowed back in NYC after that Scores fiasco and Las Vegas is just too dangerous a destination for gambling addicted shareholders who would own this stock! Vancouver is fine with me. JLA
