Remember, Baat is a development company. I dont expect any revenues and wouldnt be surprised with certain debt structure. That is typical for such R&D type set-up. Its subs are also in infancy. The main thing is that they are now reporting the financials and abiding by certain regulations established by SEC. Regarding the ownership of percentage of other privately held firms, they would not be expected to report it in such financial documents. Its not a requirement nor normal practice since its private. I will be very happy just to see a fin report, the content is immaterial unless if it shows extraordinary debt amount. I am still waiting for it though, dont see it yet on the web page or the news. Word of caution, once the fin data comes out, there will probably be many interpretations and some people with certain motive and agendas will misconstrue in various deceptive ways. The bashers will be at it immediately. Be firm and wise not to be had by such deceivers.

New to thread, but I too would like to know why the warning that all is not what it seems. Why does a company like "AENG" come on strong with a new engine technology and SOAR in value with hardly any publicity and BAAT jumps around with real sketchy press releases. I am in and out of BAAT at several points and would like to see this company REALLY take hold and move in a positive direction with real leadership. Of course this is IMHO. I'm in for 6 more months if this company shows any real direction. GOOOOOOOOOO BAAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
