OK I'm convinced. I'm holding out for $38/share and not a penny less(short term). Maybe more long term.

Seriously, I believe you are on the right track. In real estate you look at the prices that similar houses fetch when appraising your house for sale, don't you? We want to have some idea what similar cable entities are going for when we talk about what actv is worth.

I keep forgetting we have an education division too. Although from the lack of recent info regarding education, one could be excused for not taking that into account in terms of a company valuation.

Ed, do you have any articles that could shed light on a possible valuation for education? I think I may have asked the question before. Any new articles to post?
