It appears, as I understand it, that the problem with litigation concerns the payment or lack of payment for shares. From there the
picture gets fuzzy for me. What are the thoughts concerning reverse
mergers? Is this a workable option for CSMA to move to listing
status on NASDAQ?

The company is holding up the Form 10 because of a problem
with previous management person who has filed suit for shares
of stock he believes he is due. From deals made while he was
working for CSMA. CSMA believes suit hasn't a leg to stand on
and filed counter suit. CSMA believes this issue is not a
problem but don't know how to explain it accurately without
causing more problems. IMHO

I'm drugged up today and wonder if I shouldn't be charged with
PUI <ggg>

The only thing I was clear on was that the individual sold shares that he thought were his but had been pulled due to his breach of contract as the investment banker. That action triggered his suit.

All that I know.
