Hi Harryx. "For your info" was not intended to undermine your statement. If you took it that way, I apologize.

However, I most enphatically disagree with your assesment of multiples, when it comes to Bio/Pharma stocks.

I will gladly furnish you with the names of 7 Bio/Pharma firms listed in the US, in exactly the same stage as 3 Bio/Pharma firms that are listed on the Can market including the TSE.

In all 7 cases, the market cap for junior Bio/Pharma companies on the US boards has produced an average market cap of $75mm to 125mm.
In the 3 cases in Canada, the market cap is $7-22mm

This is not ferry tale this is in fact, a fact. Because I am spending the winter in Florida right now, I don't have the list with me. However, if you call IGT Pharmaceutical at 1-800-743-7444 and ask for Jeff Murdock, I am sure he will enlighten you.

If you had read my entire post what I intimated was that if we were looking for a quick, jump in price its NASDAQ. If we are looking for linear growth (which is a more logical approach) then TSE!! It was then I included the statement, on it depends on your greed level.

For every "poor" example ie. Bre-X I can give you a superb example of the opposite "Nova Corp (NVA-TSE) "in the beginning".

It is a fact, that exposure to the TSE has tremendous credibility. But, it is equally a fact, that there are many investors in the US that will not, or can not, buy stocks that are not listed on a US exchange. The market in the US is almost 600 million . The market for Canada (TSE) is estimated to be 1/4 of that. Insinuating that about 25% of active US traders trade on the TSE, with the remainder being overseas. Numbers are from the TSE, not mine!!!

HERE is the message I posted:

>>>Hi Harryx. The advantage of going "offshore" is the multiple accrued by being in an American environment. For your info;
TSE is a large leap from VSE. VSE to NASDAQ is a small leap. In the interest of a "quick esculating price" the NASDAQ is the way to go. In the interest of a linear progressive price reflecting company worth, TSE is the answer.
It is directly proportional to Greed, which one a person prefers<<<

I see nothing wrong with my post. Again, if you took offence to the term "for your info" I apologize. However, I stick by my "misleading" info and suggest you call that 1-800 number. I didn't say ALL typs of companies benefit from NASDAQ listings. I am referring to Junior Bio/Pharma's and stick by that. I also was making a statement of "value of shares being directly proportional to greed" and it "depends on which one a person prefers". I never made a preference from my perspective. I was making a general info statement, that I stick by.

Their is nothing misleading in that post, just fact.

respectfully
