I think what's going on with some people here, is that most have a sizeable paper gain on this stock, and the little person on your shoulder is whispering to you, "watch it, don't let it all slip away" and "if it seems too good to be true..." and that sort of thing. Then the other little fellow on your other shoulder is telling you, "come on, don't be a wimp, go for the gusto" and "this party is just getting started, don't worry about your jacket getting stolen and the cleanup". Basically, that's what's going on in my head this am. I was burned on NETZ(like some on this thread), but I think this situation is totally different. NETZ was hype to the nth power. After this week, a lot of the hype should be over with the announcement of the merger and financials. I would think Ira knows that if the majority of the folks on this thread get tired of waiting, and decide to sell, the stock WILL tank. That is, if people have been accurate in the amount of shares they own. So, unless we do not get the deal announced by Wed. after the bell, I think we should relax a little. Believe me, I know it is hard to do so, especially with a lot of us owning probably more than our comfort level can take. Me, I am going to relax a little today and go see an afternoon movie and forget about the stocks for a few hours. Hopefully, when I get back around 3 pm or so, news will have hit or is on the way soon. Brad, maybe you can pump Ira for some more info later?? Steve
