Analysts are consistently increasing loss estimates and extending the profitability period. Payson's management was unable to give any guidance during the cc. If management can give a better guidance in the next earnings and cc, stock can easily push to 30. Since most of the bad news is out, downside is limited. A lack of clear direction will keep the stock in 14 to 18 range for a long time.

We shall see.
