In retrospect can anyone imagine what this stock would be doing
if CVUS had bid in the auction? The cash situation seems to be bad enough now, think about what it could have been. But by the grace
of someone shareholders were spared that. I hope CVUS is gracious
enough to respond to Bernard Levy's letter. As investors we deserve at least that much courtesy. The silent treatment is really starting to bug me, in a large way.

Fink,

According to your posts on Yahoo!, you recently closed your CVUS position (at or near the stock's all-time low - a quite unbrilliant move, in my opinion).

So seeing as you are no longer a CVUS investor, I was wondering: is it really necessary for you to linger here putting negative spin on anything and everything under the sun concerning this company day after day?

I realize of course that having been booted from the SI Winstar thread for offenses similar to those committed here you must be feeling frustrated. (The loss on your WCII short must also be bothering you.) Still, that doesn't give you the right to dump on CVUS twice as much.

...

Honestly, I am extremely tired of the "all-Fink, all the time" format and tone of this forum. The way Fink rams investing dictates down throats while trashing the company is so un-cool.

For some perspective on Fink's tactics, I strongly recommend that one also consult a few of Fink's much more classic and liberal CVUS posts on Yahoo!. Of course, on Yahoo!, Fink is believed to employ a number of usernames, so one can never be quite sure if it is him or not. Also, there is no assurance that he will continue to post there seeing as he promised to stop posting there when he reported selling his shares.

Of course, he returned to Yahoo! to defecate on the company once more within two days of that promise.
