My understanding is that CSMA fulfills the criteria for Nasdaq small
cap listing in every aspect, with the exception of the $4 entry
share price.

Now, given the soon to happen developments with LPS and Envirotech, I
believe (IMHO) that the $4 price is easily about to be exceeded, and that
a reverse merger is completely unnecessary.

Makes for an interesting diversion to discuss while things are cooking,
but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
