To All regarding the Myriad deal,

I emailed Ira to ask him about the specifics on the Myriad deal.
The 4.3mil will be the total cost of the Myriad acquisition.
The current owner of Myriad owes 11mil in taxes so I guess
the IRS will accept 4.3 mil to settle the claim. The current
owner/owners will still work for the company under some type
of employment agreement that is suppose to be industry standard.

Ira's reply to me:

"they actually owe 11 million.....all they get is
an employment agreement......plus employye option plan/commisions based on
profits....with a net profit of 1.8 million.....times 6.25 of net which is
industry standard"
