From ML: Oil Industry Report - 16 March 1998 We still expect a V-shaped recovery in oil prices, but it is likely to be from an even lower level. The initial recovery is likely to be from close to $10 a barrel (for West Texas Intermediate crude oil) to the $16-$18 a barrel area.
