Whoops...2 is looking much better right now... 1 15' to 2. Oh well, maybe we'll get a bounce up later this afternoon. As for the employees being told not to buy any due to potential insider trading, I would think they would have to adhere to that if they were told that by the company who would have been advised by legal sources. I'm not sure of the validity of that story, but I do have a set point which I'd like to exit. If the stock price continues to act like the company is in play, I will probably begin to unload some over 2 and hold the remaining shares. I'll let ya know when I'm out <g>. good luck, as I think we could all use it, greg
