Hi Al, Haven't heard from Jan this morning. The bullish Percentage for Healthcare has reversed into a column of O's and is now at 61.9, it rose to a high of 68 on Feb 1, 98.

Yes I believe this is a caution signal. Hope that Jan or lobster can confirm and address the situation.

No, I wouldn't consider that a sell signal but certainly it is a watch signal. Momemtum may or may not be a precurser to a sector reversal. I'll have to check numbers later.
