Guys, The two day anal meeting has to be related to MU needing cash in a critical fashion - trial balloon for a joint venture or combo with someone else? That one time gain at MUEI of 75 cents/sh pre tax which evaporated down to 18 cents per share at the MU level had to be due to double dividend tax - MU doesn't have 80% of MUEI anymore. That is a damn expensive way to get cash. In light of this, making a short against MU could be a good way to get blindsided. Regards, DWW
