I think you should look at the open interest in puts below 62.5 .

You are right the put side has about 12000 at 62.5 and 18000 at 60.

However, all the puts above 62.5 also get more valuable as the price goes down. the pressure starts to get pretty substantial as price drops very much to keep it near that level. For example, there are
18,000 puts at 65.
